Galadriel During

Here we are replacing Galadriel’s computer systems. We start by removing the old system as seen at right. The new 15"LCD flat panel monitor is in place above.

Galadriel Completed Fully Integrated System

Galadriel

This Swan 46 came to Jamestown Electronics for an upgrade of her old B&G equipment. Because this boat is chartered as a racing boat, the most up to date sail package was needed and we installed the B&G Hydra to provide easy access to data like speed and depth, wind conditions, course and heading. Additionally, we added a DC 500-megahertz computer, 15" LCD flat panel monitor and cordless infrared keyboard to Galadriel.

White Jacket

White Jacket, a Swan 51 was brought to Jamestown Electronics for a computer upgrade. Here you can see the DC 500-megahertz computer, 15" LCD flat panel monitor and cordless keyboard.

White Jacket

This privately owned Swan 51 is a frequent racer and came to Jamestown Electronics for a complete upgrade similar to Galadriel above. The owners were using a laptop, running the Nobeltec Visual Navigation Suite. We upgraded their computer system with a DC 500-megahertz computer, 15"LCD flat panel monitor and cordless keyboard. We then loaded the latest version of the Nobeltec Visual Navigation Suite. Nobeltec software uses GPS input to plot position and gets our recommendation for its ease of use. Using this system is intuitive to anyone familiar with working with Windows.

White Jacket

Jamestown Electronics’ custom designed interface panel installed in White Jacket. This Waypoint Source panel provides the boat owner with a simple way to select a waypoint source and send this information to an integrated system.
